There have been some significant updates, as of the 1st of July 2014 to Fair Work entitlements with a focus on employee benefits, if you have not updated your obligations this financial year, you need to call now to ensure that you are compliant. Employee entitlements are expected to be met, and falling below minimum requirements is punishable by significant fines, back pay and sometimes prosecution.
